Creating for Cabin Critters Rescue
Cabin Critters Rescue is a volunteer-run nonprofit focused on animal rescue, rehabilitation, and adoption. From 2019–2025, I supported the organization as a board member while leading its visual presence, public messaging, and digital infrastructure.
My role blended design, storytelling, and tech—creating social media graphics, apparel, and promotional materials; managing online communications and community engagement; and maintaining the website and digital tools that kept the rescue running. I collaborated closely with other board members on fundraising and outreach efforts, helping raise over $40,000 and support the rehoming of 1,600+ animals.
This project highlights my ability to create meaningful, mission-driven design in a fast-paced, real-world nonprofit environment—balancing creativity, empathy, and problem-solving under constant change.

On the left is metal plates that were given to those that participated in a car show that CCR held in 2023 as a thank you gift. These were designed by another designer but I was able to coordinate the printing of these at a local print shop that I worked at the time.
